Return/Refund Policy

Return Period:
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving their order.

Conditions for Returns:
Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Any accompanying accessories or documentation should be included.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at hello@posturefixx.nl within the 14-day period. Provide your order number, details about the product, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Posterfixx is not liable for items lost or damaged during the return process.

Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Products:
If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging, and we will work to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Manufacturer’s Defects:
For manufacturer’s defects after use, contact our customer service department at hello@posturefixx.nl for assistance.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, place a new order and return the original item.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us at hello@posturefixx.nl for cancellations.
